Purpose of Processing

Your data is collected solely for processing your WLAN incident report in the Grünhof GmbH coworking space. No third-party sharing, no advertising use.

Legal Basis

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in incident management). Optional additional data (speed test, private IP via WebRTC) is processed based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Recipients

Your report is filed as a ticket in our support system (bit.BASE). Recipients are the support staff of birklein IT and Grünhof GmbH. Email communication is handled via support@birklein.de.

Retention

Personal data in the feedback form is automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. The resulting ticket in bit.BASE is subject to its own retention rules.

Spam Protection

For spam protection we use Altcha, an open-source scheme that runs entirely on our own server. No data is transmitted to third parties, no cookies are set, and no fingerprinting takes place. Your browser solves a small mathematical challenge (proof-of-work) to slow down automated bots.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact datenschutz@birklein.de. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (LfDI Baden-Württemberg).
